Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

VATTAM AGRO & DAIRY INDUSTRIES Private Limited, focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction through utmost care in giving, best shopping experience both retail and online and provide you the best customer service through the best products to its consumers. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal or product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to Return and get the Items Replaced their products. Following are the general return and replacement policy applies to all items sold in

1. Return / Replacement Policy

An item or items may be eligible for return or replacement if fulfils the following conditions:
a) All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging as delivered.
b) If package is opened or used those products are not applicable for return.
c) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition or was different from what was ordered.
d) All the product accessories available with the product and / or all the freebies associated with the product and / or other products associated as "bundles" or "combos" with the product should also be returned so as to enable us to initiate the return process.
e) Information about the same should be mailed on the same day of receiving goods.
f) Replacement / Return Validity Period
i. Processed items - no refund, except if assessed poor quality. Product can be returned at the time of delivery
ii. All Fresh items - Product can be returned only at the time of delivery iii. Dairy & Frozen items - Product can be returned only at the time of delivery
iv. Dry items - Within 24 hours of delivery (contact customer care team)
g) Customers are liable to get a replacement in case:
a. We have shipped a wrong produce
b. There is a manufacturing defect
c. Goods are damaged in transit
h) VATTAM AGRO, will try and send the replacement to you as soon as possible and to a maximum of 21 days from the date of accepting the return receipt. If not you will receive your money back.
i) Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.
j) Customer should return products to the store in their own risk, no charges will be paid. Only the product value will be refunded or replaced based on the needs and on the Product availability.
k) Once the returned products reach, the store with the above-mentioned conditions amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
l) All payments made by user towards correctly returned products will be refunded as per the Returns Policy. If user thinks that VATTAM AGRO has provided with an incorrect refund, please contact within 4 hours of refund triggered on

a) Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
b) We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
c) Email us if your ordered products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.

3. Cancellation Policy

VATTAM AGRO, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy
a) Cancellations will be considered by email to, only if the request is made before the consignment is PROCESSED.
b) User can call customer care +91-9384849550 or send email to, within the operational hours that is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. In such a case, VATTAM AGRO will refund any payments already made by user for the order within 15 working days of user’s cancellation as per refund policies.
c) VATTAM AGRO & DAIRY INDUSTRIES Pvt Ltd, has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by VATTAM AGRO and accept VATTAM AGRO decision regarding the cancellation.
d) Customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 2 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
e) Request for cancellations of orders once placed on, shall not be entertained. If at all we have to accept any cancellation there would be a charge of 10% of total amount (excluding shipping amount) of the order as restocking fees.
f) In case of partial cancellation, order value will be recalculated. In such a case VATTAM AGRO will refund any payments already made by user for the order within 15 business days of user’s cancellation as per refund policies.
g) If VATTAM AGRO suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, VATTAM AGRO at sole discretion could cancel such orders. VATTAM AGRO will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
h) While every effort has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. VATTAM AGRO reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the prices indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, VATTAM AGRO will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
i) VATTAM AGRO has full right to cancel any order which does not fall under the service criteria and/or is not from the city, pin code or area where VATTAM AGRO is currently not servicing.
j) VATTAM AGRO, will make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We will inform you within 72 hours on the placed orders. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, non-availability of deliver team, Transport or courier related issues or any other unforeseen problem.
k) Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for user’s order returns / cancelations / updates will be processed in following manner
a) In case of entire order getting cancelled or returned:
i. Prepaid Orders - The amount paid by credit card, debit card, net banking, online wallet and reward points will be paid back in respective tender in which amount was paid by users
ii. COD Orders - The amount paid by cash, debit & credit cards and food coupons will be refunded to the customer as per store returns policy. iii. Delivery charges will be also refunded to user.
b) In case of partial return
i. Prepaid Orders - The amount paid by credit card, debit card, net banking, and online wallet will be paid back in respective tender in which amount was paid by user. The amount paid by reward points and gift cards will be credited to user’s store wallet.
ii. COD Orders - The amount paid by cash, debit & credit cards and food coupons will be refunded to the customer as per store returns policy.
c) Delivery charges will not be refunded to user.
d) If a product is returned and user order value goes below minimum order requirement of Rs. 499, user will not be assessed an additional delivery / packing fee of Rs. 50.
e) In case user has used a coupon, user can contact the customer service to get back the coupon. Customer service agent will issue similar coupon of same value to user.
f) Please note card refunds in case of prepaid orders may take up to 15 business days for user’s bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and VATTAM AGRO shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies.
g) VATTAM AGRO offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
